SOUR ORANGE PIE

It's key lime’s cousin is not nearly as famous! And yet, their recipes are almost identical. Both have a graham-cracker crust topped with a tangy, condensed milk–based custard. This pie is made with sour orange juice, which provides a similar tart-sweet balance as limes do. Available in the month of April only!

Walden Local Ham & CheDDAr with Tarragon Potatoes & Dijon

Walden Local Meat's Uncured Maple Ham pairs beautifully with their grass fed cheddar cheese, thinly sliced tarragon potatoes and a touch of dijon. This quiche is held together with Walden's pasture-raised eggs and grass fed milk.

Potato, Leek & Goat Cheese Pie

This delicious quiche filled with roasted red potatoes, sautéed leeks, loads of goat cheese and fresh dill and capers.

Sold frozen and unbaked, this classic savory pie is completely made from scratch. Starting with roasting whole Mayflower Poultry chickens, a decadent gravy is made with homemade stock, adding potatoes, carrots and peas and lots of love.

ABOUT OUR PIES

Our pies are hand assembled and baked fresh each day. Our dough and fillings are made from scratch by our small team in our tiny kitchen. We take pride in producing high quality pies and pastries with seasonally inspired flavors.

PIE CARE INFO

Keep well wrapped and refrigerated for up to 7 days. Not recommended for freezing. To reheat the whole pie, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover with tin foil and heat for 30 minutes. For individual slices, microwave for 1 minute.

SAVORY PIES

Mixed Berry, Blueberry, Cherry, Peach, Strawberry Rhubarb, Brown Butter Pecan, Mississippi Mud, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan & all Apple pies: Keep well wrapped, unrefrigerated up to 3 days; refrigerated up to 5 days.

Key Lime, Lemon Chess, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato & Cream pies: Refrigerate up to 5 days.

To reheat a whole pie, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cover with tin foil and heat for 30 minutes. (Not recommended for Key Lime, Lemon, Pecan, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan, Mississippi Mud or Cream pies.)

Sweet pies that freeze well: Pumpkin, Chocolate Bourbon Pecan, Mississippi Mud, Brown Butter Pecan, Sweet Potato & Sweet Potato Pecan: Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or bag to freeze. To thaw, remove wrapping and put in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day.

SWEET PIES

  • Order up to 30 days in advance (except Thanksgiving, December holidays, and Pi Day) or at least by 12pm for next-day pick-up. If you miss the deadline, stop by the shop or call that day to see what's available on the shelf.

  • Our pie crust is 100% vegetarian as we used vegetable-based fats as well as eggs. We also offer VEGAN (dairy- & egg-free) pie crusts for some of the sweet pies on our menu.

  • No.

  • We offer vegan fruit pie through online ordering only. We very rarely have vegan pies available for retail without an advanced order. We do not have any vegan pastries.

  • Apple, Blueberry, Mixed Berry, Pumpkin, Cherry Crumb, Key Lime, Mississippi Mud to name a few. Although we do make many pies without nuts, our bakery is VERY small and we cannot guarantee there is no cross-contact with nuts in our baked goods. We are a space that regularly uses peanut butter, almonds, pecans, walnuts and hazelnuts, as well as dairy and wheat. If someone has a severe nut allergy, we do not recommend consuming Petsi Pies baked goods.
